Hurricane Season
Hurricane season begins on June 1 and it ends November 30th. Hurricane season is through the summer and fall because high humidity provides more evaporation from the ocean(atmospheric disturbance) causing tropical storms to form . An average season sees 11 named storms, with six becoming hurricanes, including two major hurricanes. This years season prediction of hurricanes, is that 15 tropical storms will form and nine out of them will be hurricanes.
